I wanted so badly for the "don't put on the helmet" section to end with you going through several rooms after the first one which gives you that hint, only to discover that in one of them you *do* put on the helmet and one of the launchers you dropped pops from switch state and reveals a door...after you've already progressed like 3 rooms past there.
