First of all ..they say it's a central police force ..not even paramilitary..too much blood spilled for the security of mother India and too many lives lost..and the Govt says CRPF personal not crpf jawans..the media think that they are expert in defence..the army says ..the officer is always leading from the front..where as in crpf is not...there is no coordination between officers and crpf personal ..whereas in army the officers and jawans..eat to gather..play to gather..fight togather..they knew the hardship..no matter how well you perform you can't go above a certain rank..all higher ranks are occupied by ips officers..and crpf personal really don't want an ips to head their force..they want some one from their own....the army praise the crpf personal at the same time they pointed out that there should be more close relationship between officers and personal..like assam rifles..they want officers from army or inside crpf..I do understand that diplomatic versions that we can't deploy army all the time ..if these personal doing the work of army..they should be properly respected..
