Sir aapse hum sab ne seekha ....adrak lahsun ko zayada fry nahi karna ...hare dhaniye ki danthal ka use karna .... Paratha etc. ko kinron se press karke achchhe se sekna....dal mein zyada onions and tomatoes nahi dalna...giner aur dry ginger alag hota hai...kasoori methi ko roast kar dalana....Rogan banana...boiled aaloo ko bhi fry karna...boiled aaloo ko hot water se jaldi nikalana jisse ve water na piyein...brinjal mein bugs ko hatane ke liye cheera lagana bharte ke liye ...koi bhi sabji bhindi matar etc. medium size ki use karna...Khane ki beginning purchasing se hoti hai....hara dhaniya shradha se use karna ...brinjal aloo etc ko katne ke baad colour ko intact rakhane ke liye water mein dooboke rakhana ...dahi khatti use nahi karna ...garam masala last mein use karna vo bhi thodha saa ...umami taste capsicum etc se aataa hai...high temperature per chinise recipes ko banana ... about tangy test ...chef gopal ke masalo ka ghol...haldi colour uthane ke liye...degi mirch kashmiri chilli or regular chilli powder mein difference...baking soda , baking powder mein difference....salt ka compliment suger and vice versa...oil ko smoking point tak garmar karne ke baad thodi thanda kar tarka lagana....chhote change ki quality zyada achchhi hoti hai....chana chhole recipes mein last mein lemon ka use karna...tawa sabji banana...hamesha masale bhigoke use karna ..nahi to jal jaate hain....garmam masle mein pipali ka use karna...non stick bartan banana...dal fry ka chhota se tarka pan banana....pahri aaloo kya hota hai....recipes mein kachche jeere powder ka use karna ...tukri kaju ka use karna...ghee ko jalne se rokne ke liye thori refind / sarso ka use karna...parthon etc mein butter ka use karna.....types of chopings .....sweet deserts mein colour ke liye haldi ka use ... Health ke kiye different oils ka use karna.....long etc ke oils ko activate karna...frozen peas ka use karn, boiling water se ......rice prepare karna....azwain ko masal ke uski khushboo ko activate karna.....salt ko theen baar use karna .....jasse namak jyada na hoi... बिना लहसुन प्याज़ की ये रेसिपी बहुत अच्छी है. I even shared this recipe with my Vaishnav friend who lives in Kerala & doesn't understand Hindi as all the ingredients are given in description. Also I shared this recipe with another Vaishnav friend who stays in Nepal. I myself am watching this recipe from Patna , Bihar.

This is the best navratan korma recipe, as it includes pineapple. I had such Navratan korma once in Jhansi when I was kid. "Ek beans bhi chala gaya, bola main sugar me naha k aaunga" 😂
