✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Grapes(अंगूर) -1 Kg
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Black Grapes(काले अंगूर) - 100 Gram
* Corn Flour(अरारोट) - 1 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2 Cup
* Green Food Color(ग्रीन फूड कलर) - Some
* Ghee(घी) - 3 Tbsp
* Kewra Essence(केवड़ा एसेंस) - 3-4 Drops
* Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - For Garnishing
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - For Garnishing
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Grease a tray with Ghee, sprinkle some finely chopped Dryfruit & keep it aside.
Wash some Grapes & remove their strands. Put them into a mixer jar, add some Water & make a juice & then filter the juice. Make Black Grapes Juice by using the same method & add the filtered juice to Green Grapes Juice. Then add some Corn Flour. Mix well & make it lumps-free. Keep the pan for heating, put some Sugar, Water & cook for 3-4 minutes & make one string of Sugar Syrup. After then put Corn Flour Mixture into the pan by filtring it & stir it continuously. Cook the halwa with continuous stirring on a high flame until it starts to become thick and transparent. Then Put some Green Food Color & Kewra Essence into the halwa and cook well by stirring it continuously on a high flame. Finally, gradually put some Ghee & cook halwa until appears transparent. Then pour the Halwa mixture into a tray & glass greased with Ghee. Keep it cool for 3 hours at room temperature. Once it gets cooled completely then de-mold it & cut into pieces & wrap it with the Desiccated Coconut. Serve it and enjoy it. In this way, chewy and delicious Karachi Halwa will get ready at home.
