'Mara hua mooh' is a figure of speech, which is an expression of extreme ultimatum of disgust. It doesn't jst mean dead 'mouth' but her dead 'face'..more so seeing her deadbody. In English literature this is called synecdoche, where a part represents a whole. Example: This factory employs 500 hands. (Doesn't mean literally 'only hands' but 500 people)😊
