In my gameplays, When Nick goes and calls Dogmeat, he mentions its not hearable by humans, as dog whistles tend to be. So, do YOU hear it? I hear it. I feel like vans would have been fine if the first perk was literally anything else. Like I always thought that should be a side bonus and it gives you a 15% bonus to VATS movement speed as the main perk. That would also make the second ACTUALLY worth while level make more sense adding +3 perception

To add, the LVL cap for its second perk is also way too high for being a 2 perk tree that gives minimal return. Would be nice to see another perk rework in FO5

man; my fallout 4, settlement genertors keep blowing up and crap; like what mods am I using wrong? Im not conflicting stuff and Im only using... uhhh like 100 mods all together but they are most texture swaps and minor changes to make the game run better on my lower end pc. any tips?
