Damn. This identity crisis conversation relates to me so much. I'm Indian, born in Calcutta, never lived there, moved around India, and then moved to the US at the age of 8, then Canada, and came back to South India at the age of 21. Now I'm 26, still trying to figure out what I sound like, who I am, where do I belong!!! Sheesh, it's tough but I love the adaptability element Kalki brought in, it's so true...

On both the videos of this interview, so many people commenting "she is Anurag Kashyaps ex wife" or "do you know she is the ex wife of your favorite director" 😒😒😒 seriously??? I dont think Jaby is interested in their personal lives. He likes Anurag as a director, he likes Kalki for her acting, the fact that they are each other's ex is not going to change anything. It is not even a helpful information, so what of they were married? What difference does that make?

I would like to say that Jaby you and Achara did a great job as the host because the questions you asked her were new and different that many interviewers (excluding few critics) lack where you can find the same sort of pattern in their questions, as a result, the person being interviewed does not feel involved in the process. Here, I did not see that at all as both of you created comfortable conversation and Kalki was also engaged in the interview. Good job Guys :D :D :D

I met kalki in pondicherry in 2012. Where she was buying a jeans for someone ( i guess anurag kashyap) she asked for my waist side as it was equivalent to the guy who she was buying for. I couldnt ask her or couldnt have the courage to tell her that i knew that she is a filmstar. May be i was quite shy... but i do brag about this that kalki asked me about my waist side...😂😂😂

But there are at least thousands of white actresses in India who arent treated like they are foreigners, though what Kalki says is true from her side of experience. The only thing which describes as a foreign actor is your accent in India and not your skin, so Kalki is partially right!
