the teacher in the video was basically using a lighter for an experiment and you would associate lighters with cigarette and weed and stuff. So when a kid gave the teacher advice on how to use the lighter, they "caught" him making the joke that since the kid knows how to use a lighter, he would also be smoking. Hope this helped!

The joke about the guy on the horse is multifaceted. Someone in the chat said 'daily life in Mahabaleshwar". Basically this place is a popular tourist destination where people elope to go get married, so the joke is that despite eloping they wanted to feel like a regular marriage so they got the groom to get on a horse and ride to the bride's location, sans large wedding procession that would normally accompany the groom. Then the add on joke about the two people on motorcycle, they said even the random passerby has a larger number of people than the wedding procession.
