There's no body double. He sometimes hesitates to perform a crucial dance move because he has a severe spine injury from long time. He's alone in action and dance. And he just kills it everytime

Hrithik has actually sung for this same movie “Kites”. Check it out, his voice is not dubbed. The best part, he used to stammer as a kid. PS - Hrithik had dislocated his spinal cord early during his Bollywood career and the doctor said he might not even be able to walk again. He’s definitely walking, dancing and kicking ass now.
