The joke is there because he uses strong English words and phrases that are more often than not difficult to understand without using a Dictionary. Also, sometimes Rajeev Masand ends his review by not just giving the movie a rating out of 5 but also a thumbs up or down. The actor who plays Debator Dubey in this series also has a habit of talking like Rajeev Masand, that's why he was shown to be transforming into the critic. the packages part is a joke on the types of taxes that is levied while ordering food online. that is why intead of the food he orders for different types of taxes that will be charged on the actual food. regarding the condiment, in india whenever you order a pizza they give you the condiments more than its actually needed, they did that bit to exaggerate on the same.
