I still think Stree 1 was better than 2. The characters were funny but the ghost was serious, which made the movie intense. Here, the ghost is acting funny and goofy. They got little carried away with the comedy part. Although, the movie is good. It doenst felt like the first movie, and didnt scare me at all. Its like Thor. The comedy in Ragnarok was amazing, well balanced. They overdid it in Love & Thunder.

Chandrabhan/sarkata (the headless monster) shaved those women's hair not because he wants power. I know we all thought stree' power lies within her braid but that doesn't mean she is powerless without braid. Sarkata actually punished those women before their sacrifice so that no one could try to oppose him since he was a patriarchal leader.
