Sorry I've heard Nora before but I'm not really sure about her highest note but she can sing high not too for sure :) I only heard Jac hit Bb5 in Gemilang but I'm pretty sure that there were a lot videos that Jac hit those high note but already been removed or deleted in youtube. I think so
