I can successfully say that I have received this godly amount of luck recently. Got Eula on her rerun 50/50 won. On Wednesday, Feb. 16th, the Yae Miko banner released. 250 wishes saved. And then proceeded to get Yae Miko on the first 10 pull, winning the 50/50 at 16 pity (I was on 7 after getting Eula).

Hahaha nice! But careful, 5*s have the increased chance after 75 wishes, so you should always stop before 75 if you're saving!
