Yes sham you should try to cook something before the kids come back from school it makes the evening flow better...no need for snacks just warm food then relax and play ,bath then bed...it really makes a different.

Jaciann nah leave mommy😊 Member when you had to go back to the hospital after she was born. Daddy was excellent and gave her lots of cuddles. Hello beautiful lady happy for the girls enjoying school and baby girl she’ll get used to it I noticed you doing your exercise on the trailer which is a good thing but you also if you’re gonna want to lose weight, you also need to change your eating habits I heard you say he was gonna cook banana dumpling, average potato, and yam too much carb Sham The dump and serve the same purpose as a yam and Lebanon in the Irish is all too much carbs in one plate so you should cut back on your card. If you want to lose that weight, there’s no point of exercising and you don’t change your eating habits so do more vegetables and less carbs like if you cook dumpling and yams, cut out the banana to Irish Repair rice and you don’t need the dumpling in the ground food but cut back on your carbs two more vegetables drink a lot of water you make porridge watch the canned milk it’s full of sugar, so if you can cut back on your sugar and your carbs drink a lot of water. You would do well not tell him what you need to do but as a woman to woman, just giving you some kind words blessed my sister.
