Bãrak Allãhu Feek. Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh Akhi. I did the resetting by pressing the P button. But my automatic front and back reverse does not work. How can I fix this please. I cannot find any videos on this error. My machine cuts the thread but do not reverse stitch at the start and at the end.

First of all you need to reset the machine, Then check power connection as well, Voltage issue can be possible..
