Such a nice video! Wonderful way to present the Kimberley's. So motivating to check it out for oneself. Quite a proof that old movies like this can quite stand the ground to a lot of the mediatic stuff created nowadays (2018). In my opinion, it is not necessary to have all these special effects. The content is was makes it worth to present any region in a good way so that the impression is positive. Well done Jack Absalom and crew!

I didn't know they had a bitchin' crater like that. I've been to Meteor Crater here in the US and it's great but this one's not far behind.

@@alexcarter8807 before you go to the creater in wolf creek! Watch the Australian made movie called Wolf Creek! It's about a true story and it will change your mind about going there LoL. I think that I saw somewhere that the movie made it to the US but it was stopped soon after they were showing it because it scared people! I wonder if someone has uploaded it to KZbin? The movie trailer should be there!!!
@pissiole56543 жыл бұрын
@@PeterMilanovski Wolf Creek is not a true story haha. Its loosely inspired by cases like Ivan Milat or Peter Falconio. Although Milat was in New South Wales and Bradley Murdoch killed Peter Falconio in the Northern Territory. Wolf Creek is a work of fiction other than the fact that back packers have indeed been murdered in the bush and the outback. Although neither real life case should discourage you from traveling to Wolf Creek, theres been a handful of backpacker murders over the last 30 years (more so in the 90s really) if anything your far more likely to get lost or breakdown and run into trouble that way, its about an 8 hour drive from the nearest big town or a 30 hour drive from Perth.

@@pissiole5654 not trying to Knock Wolf Creek! I fully understand that the movie was just a movie and that's all it ever was, but I just love the stigma that the movie brought to it... Makes me wanna go there and buy the teeshirt "I survived Wolf Creek"... Would have been good tourism industry for the area..
