THAT should have been the second series. A series focusing on the superficial shallowness of Jack and Karen's more-than-just-friendship with Will and Grace as supporting characters would have been much better than trying to revive the problems of 50 year olds acting 30. Jack and Karen were the perfectly balanced opposites of Will and Grace. One of TVs best.

In the seconds after ).20 you can see, what great writing and Acting means. When Jack hugs Karen, and she, for a second shows her own real feelings. Sean and Megan show both the hidden sides of their Characters. And Karen- and Jack become threedimensional - not as Sitocomsteroetypoes- they become real for a few seconds. Magnificent.

I think that they are the funniest pair of television. I am so sad to see the show end for the second time because I love it so much. I did love the revival series' finale because Will and Grace were going to raise their children together. I did not like how Will and Grace had grown apart in the original series finale; they were so perfect for each other, so I was so happy to see them starting the next chapters of their lives together. I guess I will just keep on rewatching the show.

This means poking fun is out of the question. And if you go around looking to be offended by what another might say or do, or avoiding doing or saying things to please others, being lighthearted is impossible.

For everyone saying Jack & Karen should have been a thing, they did try to do that. However, because Megan Mulally went off to do a talk show, which failed, and the way Joey, the FRIENDS spin-off, bombed, they decided it would be best not to do it. It would preserve the memory of the characters for the viewers and ensure the characters wouldn't be tarnished. The reboot was mostly done because of how well the #VoteHoney special went in 2016 and they saw the cast still had loads of chemistry left.

As much as I do love Jack and Karen I don't think a spinoff for them would have worked so well. Jack and Karen need Will and Grace. First because they need someone to pick on and second, they provide the drama counterpart to the series. If we only had Jack and Karen it would all be laughs but it would get old eventually. This was the only thing i could relate to back in 2012 as a teen. I bought all dvds and binge watched the whole thing, (because this aired in like the late 90s i think) but after 2012 was pretty not gay so i was like.. ugh, so i ya! I felt so relived that there is at least this that my mom and everyone else, able the understand what a gay person is and that is fine its okay we can all breathe and keep going with our days.
