Hi! Not sure if you've seen the film "It's In The Bag" but the entire movie is a mesh of comedy tangents loosely tied back into the plot. In this scene, Fred Allen pretends to be part of the Jack Benny Fan Club in order to gain access to the chair he incidently gave away.
