No way! Congrats!! You weren't kidding about the JP version being much faster. It seems a lot more shields/potions drop on JP. Your luck here was absolutely INSANE!!! great job!!!!!!

When you did those special attacks at the beginning of the level, did that just clear the individual stages of enemies?

yup, I do it on floors with cyclops guys, since they slow you down :^)
