There is a problem in this weapon that hero that has long range shadow especially kate and lynx it will not work that this character will get no damage but will not able to connect the shadow attack

It's simple, use the exact same strategy that you already use to fight Bulwark. Wait for him to make a move and counter him. Bulwarks moves are slow and have short range, and he is vulnerable if he misses. So if you are able to exploit this weakness, you should have an easy time facing him, with or without his epic weapon. The worst thing you can do against Bulwark is play too aggressive or throw out random moves, one wrong move against Bulwark and he will punish you HARD, he is probably the best character in the game when it comes to punishing the opponents mistakes. That's why he is so scary to face, you have to play around his shield and wait for an opening, if you try to force your way through like you can against other heroes, Bulwark will defeat you easily, you have to play smart and patient.
