Its called galaxy advances, if you select 3 certain cards in order, you get a certain GA card. Like DreadJokerGA was made by bushido1,2,3 picked in order.

@EmperorNova You don't "Hack" per se. You probably have the opposite version of the game that Gemini is MAJORLY* in. However, see that asterisk. All noise forms ((Except the Finalized, of course)) are in both games. If you look at the megamn wiki, you can find out which ones have a higher chance and which have a lower. Likely Gemini has a 3% chance of appearing. That said, that's still a chance so don't stop trying.
