I tried this sauce a couple years ago and loved it! I noticed that the stores in my area have not been selling Jack Daniels sauce anymore so I came back to write it down. Thanks for sharing and great job with this one!

Linda, I want to tell you how much I enjoy your channel. A survivalist blog I subscribe to had one of your videos in the email alert. Tried the pork with the cajun spice and the mustard and it was fabulous. I cooked it like you suggested and it just fell off the fork. You have excellent delivery and explain things very well. Much appreciation for your information that you give us. With good food like you make, why is there a need to dine out?

How did you know how much of each ingredient to use? She only gives amounts for some but not others.

Have not tried this version of the sauce yet but I know is the most accurate version out there! Why? Molasses! As a passionate cook I love tasting things and then whipping up my own version of things. After having this sauce at tgif years ago I fell in love with it and immediately I knew it had some Molasses in it. Its obvious but not many use it when making it. Thumbs up. I'll go try it now.

Looks yummy! Does this sauce need to be canned (water bath or pressure) for longer storage? If so, what method and for how long? Thanks for the recipe!

Where is the recipe with all the ingredients & how much of each?
@Andrazbilmez8 жыл бұрын
Did anybody get the exact measurements, of the full recipe? By eyeballing it I would guess: 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1/4 of a cup of Worcestershire sauce, and I would say 1/2 of a cup of molasses. Like I said, I am eyeballing it. If i am mistaking, please Linda, corect me... :D

Not sure why this woman even bothered making recipe videos. This is the second one of hers that I've seen where she doesn't give the measurements for half the ingredients. It's a shame since I bet this sauce is really good.
