Today Tim reviews Jack Daniels NO 27 Gold Edition. This product by Jack Daniels is newer to the US market and has only been available for a few months. This edition of Jack Daniels is double barreled, double mellowed and is extra matured in Golden-hued maple barrels. After this, the whiskey is then twice charcoal filtered like their gentleman Jack product. Aromas of sweet maple on the nose. The maple is prominent on the first sip with additional flavors of caramel and toffee. A very smooth and mellow finish for this product. Cheers!
