Note with the oil sensor, mines unplugged in my 16hp engine been like that for months and I've thrashed it and works fine without the sensor plugged in, just check your oil regularly and you'll be sweet guys

Also the exhaust probably has some kind of baffle, restrictions or spark arrestor drill it out slowly in steps so you take too much just open the flow a little
