So why can't Sam just take Ricky JR to Germany with her. Jack and Jr can pay child support if Lily is determined to keep the baby and Ricky doesn't feel ready. But you can't force someone into a parental role when they are not ready. It is not being a deadbeat dad, or abandonment. They had sex together yes, they both made that choice and made that baby- but why isn't it BOTH of their choice what to do about it. If one wants the baby the other doesn't and because Lily is the one having the baby she gets to make the final choice whether Ricky likes it or not? because Her body Her choice, Lily's body and choice to keep the baby should not erase Ricky's choice if he is not ready to be a parent. Have Sam take him to Germany where he won't be pressured or guilted into a role because of LILY's Choice. have jack and ricky pay child support yes but not force him to be a parent
