This song is so incredibly beautiful. These truths about vulnerability, crying out for help, having someone that believes in you and the redemptive power we find within are so important. When you layer that over his unbelievable talent with sound- this album is one of the best all time. These deep truths are hard to see as they require us to take down our armor and let someone in. If you are tired of feeling exhausted and unhappy, or worse if you know you're unhappy but can't admit it, to yourself or anyone else- if you hear these words and want to run: please believe me, and Jack, "It's alright not to be okay." It's worth it. Jack, keep on doing what you're doing!

The sound of the music and the dance hits in the feels really hard. It doesn't even need lyrics to strike a really primal emotional chord.

Yess!! I can't express how grateful I am for this album and this music... it is so personal and yet so universally understood. It has helped me in ways that I am sure has been felt by others. And the video was released on my birthday!! Thank you Jack :)

I can't watch this video. It speaks to me too well. I find it hard to deal with my deteriorating mental health. I don't have the ability to go and get help. I have one friend who knows the extent I suffer. The video just amplifies this. It makes me feel guilty.
