Went from an "all-action" attacker, to a "does f*ck all" back-passer. His talent is wasted at City. Winning a lot albeit at no where near the impact he had for Villa. What a shame.

I doubt he still has any skills, he just bores me to death when he plays most of the time he’s passing the ball to the defenders won’t even try to dribble past opponents won’t take a shot when there’s a chance, so frustrating man 💔 The only good thing about him that he sometimes manages to deliver the ball to his teammates inside the box

Most of his skills nowadays are back passes and robotic football but in his Aston villa days he had flair

Did you actually watch the video, cause you're just chatting. You can clearly see that there's glimpses of his brilliance at the least when he's allowed to free roam. It's clear as day to see that Pep restricts him to the touchline, which isolates a player like Grealish who likes to play in and out of the pockets and set up attacking opportunities. People are blindsided by this popular narrative of players like Grealish and Sancho because they misprofile them based on their initial expectation pertaining to how they performed at their previous clubs. The truth is that the environment and the footballing culture at a football club is incredibly important for a player's success, not just the player's ability.
