I WENT TO FBC IN HAMMOND BACK IN 1966, 67, 68, AND 1969, I WAS 11 TO 14 , AND I DONT REMEMBER MUCH ABOUT REV, HYLES, WETHER HE WAS GOOD OR BAD,( I ALWAYS SEEN HIM AS A GOOD MAN MYSELF) BUT I DO REMEMBER HOW BIG THAT CHURCH WAS AND THE GOOD TIMES WE HAD . RIP MR HYLES.

I was there. There's a lot of controversy about Dr. Hyles, but he genuinely loved people, and I for one was sad to see him go. RIP Jack

A real leader!During my life many men and woman made an impact in my life, wether a bad man or a good man, it is not for me to say. What it is for me to say is what I learnt from Him and what till this day, I'm living and using to honor The Lord Jesus Christ and help others to know Him and to grow in knowledge and grace. this was a man that I admired so much. I attended from 1985 to about 1993. I was a kid and then a teenager. I got to see him during night church. he made so many men into men. and women great wives. if I would have stayed there, my life would have been so different.

This man was a Scottish pipe player who was wearing the regulated uniform for such performers. He was not cross-dressing as you so ignorantly proclaim. The Bible states that cross-dressing is the act of wearing what PERTAINS TO THE OTHER SEX. This uniform belongs ONLY to men since no woman can become a pipe player in an official manner. Furthermore, the uniform consists of seven pieces of clothing as you saw on this man.
