Will twin beads work with this?

It will work but they may look slightly different. Twin beads are smaller and not as consistent as Czech SuperDuos.

Hi! Cute project.... quick questions- what is the difference between a cup button and a piggy bead? Can use a cup button instead of a piggy for this project? Thanks

Cup buttons are 14mm and have two holes centered. piggy beads are 8mm and has one hole centered and one off to the side. As much as we love them, cup buttons are just too big for this particular project unless you enlarged everything else.

It would be really helpful if you edited out the part where you did an incorrect step then started over (on the 5th duo), i got confused there. Also, I don't think they would make good zipper pulls, they would probably bust on the first yank.

well this is an old video, and once posted no editing cam be done in KZbin. our daughter has had one of these zipper pulls now for 3 years with no problems.

I agree on the misstep part,also it does not make a good zipper pull for,kids that use that jacket or knapsack everyday and are pretty rough and tumble regular kids between the bus and the cloak room and all that kids put their stuff through. (Then they get upset when it gets broken or lost....because KIDS BEING KIDS....sometimes they forget to be aware of it. ...Maybe for a cute little dress jacket for special occasions though.
