Jack Kornfield,my first spiritual teacher well the first book I ever read on the spiritual path,A Path with Heart was the book that stood out for me after a servere depression which through it I found a opening of my heart and a shift in consciousness.

Subtle things occur to us, we hardly even mention....they turn out to be the most important of all.

If to go towards peace and Love is a dream, to get away from war and violence should be a reality in the twenty second century!

He talks about starting anew. How does that work if you've been betrayed, divorced and no longer have any contact whatsoever with the ex, her family and all of the once-mutual friends and those who attended the wedding? About one hundred people all told. I've been doing research on divorce in America, trying to find the cause of this suffering and have come across a common theme - The man is always at fault. There's correlation between the divorce rate and the increasing number of male suicides. It's very sad that no one cares. Sometimes there is no starting over.

I care. Just getting this now hope you are well. I believe it was Nelson Mandela who said "don't judge me by how many times I've fallen, but by how many times I've gotten back up". I'm in my 70+yrs. And have had to start over and over and over again and again. Each morning I rise up and start with a new day. Breathing in this moment. I smile 😊 for you and all. 🙏

Thank you for this amazing video. At 38:30 he uses the word that the closed captioning tells me is “ocorant” to describe Robert Frost’s poem. Long shot but I was wondering if anyone knows what he actually said and what the word means. Thank You.

au courrant (fr.) - means aware

In French, au courant literally means "with the current," or "in the course." If you stay with the flow of current events, culture, or work, you'll always be "au courant".
