It got way worse effecting brain function and body rejecting most all foods with immune system reactions. However God has healed me so much in the last 7-9months. The difficulty was unspeakable. But praise God my brain is so much better and gaining digestion health every day. Immune system calming down. Still very sensitive to many foods but I have foods now to eat to sustain healthy weight and strength. 🙏🏼 God my healer is blessing me. He holds all the power to my health.

There are so many migrants like my family who came from living in sunny climates and spent a lot of time outside as nomads or in houses with open courtyard to living in the northern hemispheres (refugees) with the short days and spending most of the day indoors for one reason or another, living very different lives. My mum is the younger of her siblings who stayed behind and her older siblings are in much better health than her.in the wider community we are and finding a large plethora of diseases that they did not experience this widespread such as depression, insomnia, weight gain, diabetes and at times mental health issues and even much higher rates of divorce.I have also seen many complain about gut issues such as constipation, ulcers etc. The majority (70-80%) have really bad vitamin d deficiency which doctors arent taking the emerging patterns amongst these communities seriously and this has led to many problems and is now linked to higher susceptibility to covid19, i believe diet is important but that all this starts with environment. When i go to sunny countries my hair grows, my skin is better and I am much happier even when i am there with less material possessions i find a balance that is absent living where i grew up.

This is a very fascinating presentation. I can not help but to ponder with skepticism at what my ears are hearing in this presentation and what my eyes are seeing. For instance, this video was recorded 4yrs ago, upon evaluating Dr. Kruse`s current and past physical stature I am inclined to acknowledge that his adipose mass has not significantly changed. I am perplexed for why this is. I understand he focuses on light in this presentation and his research, and to my knowledge, even though he does not dive into food I do not imagine him following the SAD. I very much appreciated his level of detail in terms of the quantum and molecular mechanics, as well as the history of epidemiology and interventional research, but I am puzzled with why this findings have not been reproduced into his own body? Am I missing something, are we under the impression that his fat mass is only subcutaneous and thus not as detrimental as visceral/ectopic adipose? I am curious to learn more about this discrepancy. Lastly, I am in complete agreement with his research and teachings, only curious to learn more and I apologize in advance if this inquiry is interpreted as insensitive.

He’s explained it in a couple interviews. Essentially, being a doctor is torture for mitochondria. Spend 4 years in a blue-lit med school, 4+ years in a blue-lit/nnEMF hospital for residency, be on call and have to end up doing surgery at night (under blue light/nnEMF again), etc. That destroys your mitochondria and at a certain level is irreversible. If you watch his 2017 Nourish Vermont Lecture, there’s a slide where he is gigantic and morbidly obese. Using that as a starting point of how he looked, and the environments he was in as a doctor, compared to how he looks and lives now, I say it’s a massive win. That’s why I advocate for everyone to not wait, start as soon as you can. Jack is the perfect example, and I think that’s partly why he is passionate about getting this stuff out to people, so they can start much earlier than he did.

I wonder this too, but then who knows there are other addictions or limitations that we don’t know of. Also, the fact that it hasn’t gotten worse, given he has aged, is also a sign that he is doing something to keep somewhat healthy. I mean he’s not obese by any means. Did you watch the whole video? He covers some of it in the video.???

They are running ads against a businessman that is running for Montana congressman, saying decentralized medicine will cause hospitals to be defunded. Turns out it is not even related to hospitals, it’s the information that helps to heal us through information. So much knowledge that most of us will blink in disbelief. I have been on a journey for a few years leading me to this knowledge.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:01 *🎙️ Dr. Jack Kruse, a neurosurgeon, bases his insights on quantum biology, emphasizing the importance of understanding light, water, and magnetism in human physiology.* 02:44 *🌟 Dr. Kruse had a pivotal moment in 2004-2005 when a colleague introduced him to the idea that obesity might not be solely related to diet, leading him to explore the impact of light, especially at night, on his health.* 05:30 *🔆 Light plays a crucial role in human health, with many chronic diseases being linked to light exposure. Dr. Kruse highlights the importance of proper sunlight exposure during the day and minimizing artificial light at night.* 08:17 *😞 Depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues can be linked to light exposure, particularly in relation to the chemical processes in the brain triggered by sunlight.* 10:35 *💡 Aromatic amino acids in the body act as "photon traps" for UV light, influencing the production of essential neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which are crucial for mood regulation.* 14:47 *🦠 The microbiome is heavily influenced by light exposure, with latitude and light quality playing significant roles in shaping microbial diversity and function in the gut.* 19:47 *🔬 Research suggests that microbiome composition is more influenced by light exposure than by diet alone, challenging traditional views on gut health and prompting a deeper exploration into the role of light in shaping microbial communities.* 23:07 *🔍 UV light, particularly blue and red wavelengths, affects microbial activity and diversity in the gut, highlighting the importance of considering light exposure in understanding gut health dynamics.* 26:46 *🧠 Gut health influences brain function through biophysical changes in the blood and the blood-brain barrier.* 29:47 *💡 The human microbiome produces hydrogen, influenced by sunlight, which interacts with sulfur-containing bacteria to produce hydrogen sulfide, a gas neurotransmitter with effects on mitochondria.* 31:01 *⚡️ Red light exposure facilitates ATP production by the mitochondria, even in the absence of electrons, impacting energy metabolism and cellular function.* 34:57 *🔬 Sulfation, facilitated by the microbiome, is crucial for various physiological processes, including cholesterol and vitamin D metabolism, platelet function, and detoxification pathways.* 39:33 *🌱 Optimal health depends on aligning with natural light cycles, maintaining a seasonal diet, and getting sufficient sun exposure to regulate biochemical processes influenced by light.* 47:46 *💡 Understanding the quantum effects of light on biology is essential for leveraging photobiomodulation therapies effectively, and personalized approaches are necessary due to individual variations in microbiome function and light sensitivity.* 53:15 *💡 The microbiome's influence on mitochondrial biology, myo, and otology mom, as well as how fasting affects light release, are areas of upcoming research interest.* 54:14 *📊 Understanding the light emitted by bacteria, especially in different environments like a petri dish versus the small intestine, is crucial for research.* 55:40 *🌍 Studying how the microbiome of people living in equatorial zones changes when they move to a different environment could yield insightful results.* 56:07 *📚 "Light Sculpting Life" by Roland Van Wyck is recommended reading to understand how cells in the microbiome release UV light and the implications for health.* 57:30 *💸 Opting for simple practices like observing the sunrise with eyes, skin, and gut exposed can potentially benefit health without the need for expensive supplements or probiotics.* Made with HARPA AI

In this techno centric world we are lead astray by our own hubris. Following after the next trend seeking to fix a symptom. The future of technology in health is so exciting. If only we could get clear of profiteering. We could bring cures that work without having to stress about it. Greed, the root of all evil.

The pyramids construction can not be dated due to long-term Siderial cycles, that repeat, and yes one of these cycles happened when the Khemites, AKA, Hyksos lived in the Nile River Basin, so, to this day no one knows the correct date of construction. Jack is using Egyptology terms, it's what they teach in college.

Sea Salt - aim for a 15% mineral content or higher. Most sea salt is in the 1-4% range Magnesium oil - apply to the skin, not orally Sodium bicarbonate - 1/8th teaspoon on an EMPTY stomach - a full stomach can quite literally kill you (Max Hotchkins wrote magnesium bicarbonate but that stuff is incredibly expensive - if you can afford it, get it) Zinc - eat pumpkin seeds as the best option, wheat germ and oysters second best option - supplements are a waste of time in restoring zinc balance - 11 months of daily 15mg ramping up to 200mg of zinc supplementation was about half as good as three weeks of eating 100grams of blended wheat germ daily. I found pumpkin seeds to be about 2x as effective as wheat germ gram for gram. Use liquid zinc sulphate to test zinc status (DuckDuckGo that) When I switch gears, I’ll list more at: liveto1000.info (too busy researching and testing at present to update it)

@@thebodyclock1 I am trying to convince my girlfriend to stop wearing pink or using pink sheets and Jack shared a video before where they were showing experiments on mice with different colored light. And the ones under pink light got very ill. I will buy this book but would love to show her this video because it is so convincing. Do you know the video name? Is it also by John Ott?

What kind of light bulb is Jack using to provide red light in his indoor environment? Red light. I work indoors in front of a laptop about 9-10 hours per day. Half the sunlihg that enters my work space comes through class, The other half comes thorugh metal screen that keeps out flying insects. I don't know where I can get red incandescent lights. I'll try Amazon. Maybe I can decorate my space with Christmas lights.

Sweet Onions and most important raw garlic crushed or smashed before dicing with knife and/or eat raw with massive chewing. Use garlic native to where you live. This takes time to build up what ever is in garlic, so, when you can smell garlic on your skin when you perspire = no mosquitos. Learned this trick in the army as a Field Medic. Good Luck, Tom.

Great question! While vitamin D supplements can help boost your levels, they don't provide the same benefits as sunlight, which also has other health effects beyond just vitamin D production.

@@GutHealthGurus The problem is there are currents flowing through the ground from the manmade electrical "grid". You see, when electricity goes to ground it doesn't dissipate. It becomes part of a circuit of electrical currents flowing through the ground which aren't entirely natural. Some are natural ("telluric currents") but get modulated by the manmade 60Hz AC currents (and also some radio wave communications transmitted through the Earth) producing an unnatural "electrosmog" of sorts.
