I have a hard time believing that I was sitting right, directly in front of Jack for this show.....it was epic....after Jack and Marcus played, Jack saw Kirk Fletcher in the crowd and asked him to come up....he didn't have his guitar with him so Marcus let him use his....what a show....Jack is one of the best in the world and definitely extremely underrated.....

I just learned of Jack Pearson. I must have been living under a rock. He’s truly a great player. If you see Jack with a Strat in his hands it’s usually a stock Squire! Granted it’s been set up to play great but, the guitar is stock!
@simonvanderheijden4322 жыл бұрын
Most guitars of famous players are stock but the amazing fact is that it's a Squire a.k.a. firewood..
@alsilverman50842 жыл бұрын
@@simonvanderheijden432 once a squire of almost any variety once work on are far from firewood. Which is why Jack plays them. Some of them are nice and light weight and a pleasure to play for extended time. Classic Vibe Squires are for the most part amazing guitars with great build quality. Yes the pickups and pots can be changed due to different needs ect…

Would've been better if he started off slower with the solo and added more space and ramped it up. Would've been a way better climax. I've noticed with his playing he doesn't add enough space and breathing room. He's a shredder type player

Quite a conversation going on here. 2018 and rhythm is on. Guys like this thrive on rhythm section along with the rhythm guitar. Nasty tone displayed by both, leaving out repetitive cliche’ riffs. What a burning down the house. Thanks to all concerned.

I love Marcus and he definitely has tons of talent. I think he still needs a little more control though! He needs to build up. Jack does masterful things there at the end, he really plays to the crescendo whereas I feel like Marcus has a tendency to go from 0 to 100 in an instant. I think he's been steadily improving though as time goes on for sure and obviously, raw talent is off the charts. Maybe he'll go on a Billy Gibbons kick or something and master the use of the space between notes.
@NotMarkKnopfler7 жыл бұрын
Hearsticles Fully agree. It's just a youth/exuberance thing. He'll grow out of it. As you say, the talent and ability is there. Taste comes with age. Like learning to appreciate wine. It all tastes the same when you're young. He's gonna be just fine.

Widowmaker Heartattack - what a complete and utter load of bollocks... this kid is beyond special and these are the kind of remarks I expect from older geezers who have never come close to achieving anything near / close to what he’s done. Maybe it’s the guys he’s jamming with - sometimes it just doesn’t click. If you saw him with Chris Robinson a few months back - that was a prime example. Agreed this is not his finest moment - but check him out with his own band...

Every single time the comments are about the commenter and not the music. Nobody is underrated here. You are not the only one. We get it: you think this is jazz. I know you can’t believe the down votes. Sit back and enjoy this. Jack is superb. To the casual listener, he’s “pretty good”. They don’t know what they are witnessing. Being critical about style, the amp or guitar doesn’t usually hit the mark. The surprise thing about this is Marcus’ playing rhythm. His support is excellent. The leads going off just demonstrate that the band felt the room and wanted to push it. Wish I’d been there.
