Great job as always. I'm disappointed after Season 8 that the show didn't establish Jack and Sam being in a relationship. They just left it in a state of ambiguity. We deserved a definite answer.

Thank you! Tbh I was disappointed in the show as a whole after s8, the Ori storyline didn't work for me, hated the lack of Jack/Sam, Cam taking the lead seemed like Sam was being pushed aside, and lots of other little things. Only bright spark for me was Vala, really.

I liked the Ori as bad guys. But I wished SG-1 was kept the way it was in Season 8 without the addition of Cameron. Didn't like that character very much. Vala grew on me.

I never understood the part where she was hallucinating and asked fake Jack that if she quit the Air Force, would it change anything? 🤨🤨 and that was asked after seeing not one, but TWO alternate timelines where she wasn’t in Air Force and they were either engaged or married. 🤨🤨🤨🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I think so much time has passed between then, and they've effectively shut down on showing those feelings that she probably held some doubts. It had been four years since they'd had any contact with alternate realities and after they'd both agreed to keep everything in the room, I guess a lot of the flirty romantic element between them ended. Rewatching the show, they flirt much more in the early days than they do later on. Without that between them or any outright acknowledgement of their feelings for four years, it's not hard to see why Sam would doubt how he feels and wonder if she's holding them back from everything or if anything is still there.
