Yet another strike for Jack. Grinch may have tried, but he didn't really terrify any children. He ALMOST scared Cindy, but quickly realized what he was doing was wrong and though he would never admit it, this change of heart made him spare her when he tried to put her through the mail/gift sorting machine.
