She was the poor victim along with Elizabeth stride of the 'double event'. Because they reckon that the killer was probably interrupted on Liz, he took all his angst out on poor Catherine to the point where he even attacked her face too. These women were victims of society, alcohol, hard not easy living, and no real assistance and services that we are lucky to have now. God rest their souls.

A well dressed middle class gentleman would not be safe walking around Spitalfields and Whitechapel which was notorious for it's street robberies and violent crime (can you imagine a middle class, well dressed gentleman walking around the worst and most dangerous areas of modern day British cities at 11pm or 3am? He'd be noticed and followed by the local thug's and then robbed and beaten up and maybe even stabbed). Not just that, but the huge number of prostitutes in London at the time was divided into different classes and levels, from young and pretty girls right down to the homeless, starving, infected with STD and maybe with skin problems, rotten teeth, parasites like nits and lice. A prosperous man would be unlikely to be attracted to such women so it's a lot more likely that the killer was able to fit in the slums and was street wise and unlikely to be seen as a potential robbery victim, which says to me that he was probably a local man who didn't stand out in a slum district late at night.

I have the full clothing and possessions on their person list of each of the canonical five victims. They dressed in every item they owned one on top of the other. The Ripper didn't kill any of his victims with a knife, except those he already thought were dead but may have simply passed out. The Ripper strangled his victims to death and then cut them. That's why he was so different from all other murders at the time. Ferocious murder to send a message was common among the prostitutes and people of White Chapple at the time. Cutting in order to kill. (Only cutting after death to hide a body. Sending a message with horrible violence necessitated display.) The Ripper was the first who killed in order to cut. He did not hide his victims, which was the onlly reason ever come across at that point to cut AFTER death.

Sorry, but I gotta say this. Everything about Martha Tabram's murder was identical to the canonical 5 except she was stabbed in the throat and abdomen instead of slashed. Stabbing throws off much more blood than slashing does, so it would make sense that the killer would alter his MO. Each subsequent murder was altered in some way as well. No two murders were exactly alike. Martha Tabram was a prostitute, the time of the month fits the other murders. The time of night fits the other murders. She was choked while standing up, laid down when unconscious, and her throat and abdomen were attacked. Victimology was exactly the same. Her murder location was nearly the exact center of the geographical profile. If the purpose for killing Tabram was just to kill her then why stab her 39 times? The stabs to the throat would have killed her. Why all the overkill. If the ripper did not kill Tabram then there was another brutal killer in whitechapel who choked his victim out, laid her down and then performed brutal overkill on her body. Only he never killed again? I can't prove Tabram was a Ripper victim, and I DON'T want to convince anyone that she WAS a ripper victim. We don't know. I'm just explaining why I believe she was actually a ripper victim. Its just my personal opinion

Strangely even before I watched this video I suspected for a while that the killer had some sort Surgeon type background like a doctor, and when I heard Lorraine mention the surgeon background a few times again I got goosebumps. Well done Lorraine, you have been spiritually gifted. I’ve been studying case for a while and by looking at the obvious similarities of the wounds on all his victims it was obvious that only a top medical surgeon could surgically cut and remove certain body parts. And the motive could be as Lorraine said to further be in the top in the medical profession. I wouldn’t be surprised if more physics like her will she’d more on the medical/surgeon background in the future investigations. Well done Lorraine. 😊👍
