@@mariabelen7929 As Mister Discipline says, she was sent in by the local authority to make sure parish councillors were abiding by the rules in their meetings. What made her go viral is that she was sent in recently (via Zoom) to oversee the one in Handforth, in the English west midlands because several of the other councillors had complained that two of the male councillors were taking over the meeting and bullying everyone else. Sure enough, after a short time, things got heated and one of them started on her so she just booted him off, then the other one began and told her she had no authority at that meeting so she told him she had and quoted the relevant regulations saying that she had and when he carried on blustering and telling her to read the regulations properly she booted him off too. She didn't get upset or start trying to argue with them, she just clicked the button and they were gone. I think it's because she did keep her cool and just treated them like a pair of toddlers that she's gone viral. It's also very funny.

She's appeared on just about everything in the past few months. She cropped up in the past few days opening the village fete on the long-running British radio soap The Archers. She turned out to be a very good script reader - every bit as good as the pros on with her. I wonder whether she's done amateur dramatics in the past.
