The factory in that valley is really good, it seems very defensible from both air and land. It's a shame it's so far away from most things though.

i don't know why you are expecting sabot rounds to act as HE, you can change the ammo type using the scroll menu while having the 120mm cannon selected btw. Same thing with the PG-7VL rockets used in earlier episodes, unless you directly hit a soldier, it won't do anything

The M829 round you're firing out of the 120mm of the tank does not have any explosive filler in it. It's a 100% Armor piercing round.

17:30 From the gunner seat, do you have the middle-mouse-button-option for "Enable Driver Assist"? This will allow you the drive the tank with WASD while controlling the turret with the mouse.

Yeah... no. I saw later when you opened the menu... quite a handy feature I had on another server, not with Antistasi.

It's also a vanilla feature if you've got an AI driver, though I personally prefer switching seats (which seems to anger everyone for some reason) so I never bother with it. Interesting to know that there's some mod which enables that without a driver though!

Seems almost a shame that you didn't attempt your master plan, just to see if your pre-plan was good. Would have been good to see it all co-ordinated. However, seeing the tank reaper just mowing everything down was great! Seems a little OP imo. Maybe it's not once the War Levels and Aggro are higher?

Yes, it's a bit of a shame but my encounters with friendly AI later in this series made me glad I didn't go for it! I won't spoil anything in case you were watching through the series but they're a bit broken at the best of times. It's definitely a bit OP, though at higher war levels you get a lot of armoured vehicles and attack helicopters sent after you so it's definitely riskier. I was pretty happy with the A-10 haha, as soon as I read "AT" I thought that it was time to say goodbye to the tank!

Hey, just a tip for you. When using the American m1a1/Bradley press t to set the range for the main gun. Helps with aming in a pinch!

This was the normal version of the mission by Barbolani. I haven't tried plus but it doesn't really add anything which makes me feel like I'd be interested in playing it over any other version of the mission.

If you get in the gunner seat as team leader and order one into the driver seat you can drive without delay and gun without changing seats.

What fps do you get when you play? You mentioned that performance is always bad but KZbin doesn’t really show the performance that great

In the more open areas of the map I can easily get over 60FPS but in central areas like major towns it can be anything from maybe 20-40FPS, it depends on how much stuff is going on

The ones which look a bit like little devils? Those are known enemy explosives- as opposed to the triangle you get for known friendly explosives. In this case, they're minefields.

I've actually finished this series, though when the 1.9 version of antistasi gets a steam workshop release, I'm considering playing that on a server open to my viewers. Hopefully that's not too far away though the developers of the mission file have said they're waiting on the current version to be in a good state before it's uploaded to steam (hence why I'm waiting!)

Hi there, 1st...Bravo...nice videos! And then, I saw you don't use AI in your tank...why? {I mean in your group, in your tank), with an AI as pilot you can use the WASD/arrows keys and the tank will move, so you don't have to change seat all the times, and I normally prefer stay in the commander seat, having both pilot and gunner AI, you can easily make your gunner shoot at things and/or "manually fire yourself", while if a locking AT weapon is about to hit you, as commander you can even deploy a smoke screen...see you your in next one! Keep it going! :)

This is something I've actually been asked quite a lot, and the simple answer is that I'm just used to manning a tank/APC on my own- I actually prefer it this way. I did use AI drivers in my Overthrow series and a big problem I ran into there which I don't get by solo manning a vehicle is that the AI will eject when the vehicle is damaged, even if it's still battle-ready. To top it off, the AI in Antistasi frustrate me to no end, so any excuse not to use them on principle haha

Try airfield vehicle spawns. If you can't get any either you're getting unlucky with random spawns or you haven't caused enough mayhem yet. Eventually they become more common to the point they get sent out as QRFs, so they end up everywhere

I stole it. They're pretty easy to take from airbases before you get into war level 10 and you can also disable one to force a dismount (or clip through the bottom and kill the crew)
