This is very useful for anyone with a slow WP site. I wonder if vivid will backup a site from with a WP multisite instance so you can re-deploy it onto a dedicated WP instance.

The vivid backup is not working for me, also tried others like duplicator (the button doesn't work) and others but don't work. I wanted to try automatic migration before going manual, but nothing works

Hey Jack, You have a great channel, I just subbed. Can you tell me how you split your screen on the blocksy tutorial, where the left half is your dashboard and the right half is your website? Im using two separate tabs for now and just refresh the site after I've done something in dashboard, but would like to have everything in one window. Thanks...also googled it and only found themes that have a split screen as the end result. Thank you

Hi Jack. I installed a WordPress site in Linode before. But with a different installation method from the marketplace. My question is, how to install ssl from the default Linode setting for wordpress？ If I want to install more than 2 domains on one Linode, how to add the ssl? Thanks for your time.

I'm migrating manually my website because no plugin is working for me, having a little issues, but it is going ok. I finally could connect to Linode through sFTP. I have to create my key Pair using 4,096 key length and exporting that into OpenSSH format (which only I found digging deep into the support community)

Litespeed is generally faster in transferring of files and it loads less resources. So preferrably, if there is a choice, I would use litespeed.

Just tried to install CyberPanel with AWS Lightsail but AWS doesn't provide root access and Cyberpanel is not free for AWS. So, I will skip AWS.

I think it wise to setup WHM and load the site backup from the previous server via FTP and PHPMyAdmin. Bit more involved but much less load on the hosting server and you far less likely to run into problems, especially if you are running a larger website.
