Week 3 of 20 to a different body
Loving getting into the gym at 5am before work and also getting my steps in.
I’m using chat AI as my coach on chat GPT and have a 20 week diet plan that it made for me to follow.
I also got the structure of my training plan from my own personal preference on how I like to train. I preform a top set and back off set and try to progressively overload.
Sitting at a healthy 222 pounds and progressing.
Back on the daily steps and will see how I look in 20 weeks.
