Maybe a good skill to have to drape a garment on a standard dress form. The garment will fit the body that is the same size and measurements as a dress form. But how about real life - let say a 200 pound lady with a very non-standard figure. Are you going to drape directly on her? I am just always thinking about real life.

Dress forms come in all sizes. But you will never find a dress form that is same as you or your customer. I teach how to take a draped fabric and change to client's size and shape.
