David Soule same. I'm always in the highlights and top of the leader board for medic stuff after a game of Operations, even though my K/D is pretty shit after all the medic work.

My aim sucks anyway, so I decided that I can do some healing instead. I mean, when I chose to play medic, then I should do so anyway. Just recently I had a match were I were only able to make 4 kills and those happened only because some very hapless saps happened to walk right into my sights. Instead I've got 150+ heals and 40+ revives and in the end, it really felt satisfying. :D The _only_ things I hate is when people call for a medic and then start running when I approach them, forcing me to run after them throwing medkits (I always have the Benny Hill music playing in my head then) and when I run right into enemy fire to revive someone and the idiot decides to exit the moment I am there.

Something that would make it easier and much better is if when the fortress gun is destroyed and disappears there should be a hole in the ground your team could jump through to get into the bunker

IUnknown ShadowI my guess on way the fortress gun remains is not the complete destruction of the weapon but catastrophic damage to the gears and fire control. It renders it inoperable until repairs beyond the scope of the repair tool.

Given that sometimes in WW1, 100,000 men can die for 1 mile of mud, I am perfectly happy with the pacing and defenses in BF1. It's supposed to be tough. It's a testament to how horrible and difficult it was to assault entrenched positions.

Prototypes, optical/telescopic sights on most guns, crossfaction guns, germans with shotguns, etc. Ppl didn't want an immersive yet authentic yet fun gamplay ww1 shooter, they just want to 'snipping' whatever bolt acton rifle with a scope is the meta right now, and same with the other classes. Smg 08, automatico, burton, recoilless scoped lmgs, you get the picure, guns that represent a modern/futuristic shooter playstyle. Dice had that failed attempt with Back to basic to represent a somewhat more authentic ww1 weapon use, but that was short lived, dlc factions didn't even get their wn standard issue rifles. An I not yet mentioned the mess that BfV was as a ww2 shooter.

All depends on how shitty the people are on your team or the other team are. I went 144-20 on an operations map as the attacking team and we lost on the first map. I was wrecking the team and taking any objective I went to but the rest of my team sat back and wouldn't push the objectives so we lost. I win as the defenders and the attacks all the time but I also lose both too. If your team is good at PTFO you will most likely win.

LARRY113Z He didn't get the animation. You can get kills with the charge by just... Rubbing against them and they fall over. It acts like a non-animation kill with melee and they can be revived.

Can you test to see if you can have 32 players all shoot simultaneously at an airplane and see how long it would take to shoot it down? I mean in theory... It should only take a few seconds Each player can do atleast 4 damage to an airplane 32 players x 4 dmg = 128 dmg = 128% (assuming dmg is the same as soldiers, 1dmg = 1%) Lol I wish I had 64 friends that all think like me

Hey jackfrags, the reason for the misses (including that slo-mo headshot replay) could be because you were zeroed for 100m but engaging at closer distances (~20m). If the game mechanics work like real life, then the arc of the round could take it over someone's head at a closer range? Someone with actual maths skills should probably check that! Or maybe your aimbot was just acting up ;)

wesker7474 up your sensitivity slightly then when you get accustomed to it set it even higher it will help you in those close quarter fights. Just make sure you don't up it to soon, make sure you got accustomed to it

Weehoo 2 You DO know there's downsides to having a Bayonet right? One of which it delays your ability to fire after sprinting for a moment. I like having no bayonet as I hate wanting to Melee when running and I end up running halfway to Africa instead.

Yea, I've had those control glitches coming back from revive on XB1 too. I've had them both go away and not go away until I re-deploy. For how crazy busy this game is it's amazing their aren't more bugs. My hat goes off to EA and Frostbite 3.

I noticed that many people don't preset their loadouts for their classes. You can set 3 different loadouts for each class. Very helpful to be able to change loadout quickly to suit the map.
