In the "Confirm Trophy" screen you can also "inspect" the bullets impact vector. That way you can learn where the organs are relative to your perspective.

This was epic, and way more entertaining than I was expecting! As someone who has grown up around hunting and knew what a lot of the items were, it made it even more hilarious seeing Jack trying to figure out what they were lol thanks as always for making me awkwardly laugh out loud in public.

I haven't played this in a while but once you get into it and better understand the mechanics, you get REALLY into it. Surprising amount of depth and hunting for diamonds, rare fur types, antlers and ultra rare "Great One's" is good fun

Probably not. The hunter is actually a really fun game. IVe put countless hours in it. You will only like it if you like the concept of hunting but if you do like hunting you will more than likely really like this game

There is a decent amount to learn with this game. You aren't getting your full trophy scores because you're missing vital organs or using improper ammo. I recommend digging around in the inventory menu and harvest screen, so you can learn about class systems for game, ammo types, and harvest checks! :)

I know right? it has insane attention to detail and the animal's AI is so well done, best example is, if a pack of wolves attack you, they surround you and attack from all sides and if you kill the Alplha first, the pack might run away, sometimes their pathfinding breaks but overall this is the best hunting game ever made, so far

This game is such a blast. Incredible maps, incredible animals and guns. A monetization system that really let's you pick and choose and commit just what you want at certain times. I like that I don't have to buy big dlc packs that hold stuff I don't even enjoy.

Yeah man i was just saying this how like sure, long dark, dayz, scum all HAVE hunting but those are survival games. It would be good to have a legit hunting game like this but with just a few more survival aspects. Build a camp, cook your kills for dinner, buils a cabin, build outposts, more predators, etc

First played this game in a free trial in 2017 and couldn’t find a single animal in half an hour. Decided it was terrible and uninstalled. 6 years later it’s one of my favourite games of all time 😂 there’s so much depth to it, you really do get immersed.

There is bullet drop, but the sights/scopes on your guns are also zeroed for a certain distance (I think its 150m for the scope on the rifle). That means that if an animal is closer than 150m your bullet will actually hit slightly higher than where you're aiming.

Way of the hunter on ps5 is really good. It’s made on the unreal engine. Not as much content as this game currently, but the attention to detail is truly amazing in way of the hunter.

Man I need to get back on this game. Used to play it for hours on end, loved meeting up with other players and hunting different species. Wish the online aspect was more in depth where you can plan hunts with others in the lobby and go on mission trips
