@@nonhan1801 tbh i think it always just boils down to mastering map knowledge and recoil of specific guns. Then you kinda learn to use not just cover but the spawn locations and objectives to your advantage. If you know where there's less people you'd be more sneaky from a distance, or you can flank with assault rifles and surprise players before they spot you. Man i wish i had half of those skills mastered lol

See, the M16 here behaves exactly like when I use it. Bounces all over and seems to take an age to kill. Then you encounter a player who beans everything in the head with it like a laser at any range.

I played the crap out of Gun Master in BF3/4 and am super happy it's back in some capacity! Takes me back to the roots of FPS, no worrying about teammates or captures or vehicles, just you and your gun, map knowledge, awareness, skills. Always a good time and the close games are quite heart-pumping!

You do realize that the sound you hear on YT is still being processed over what's already processed by the game? The dynamic range on this is so flat, that every single sound is played at identical or approximate volumes.

I'm working on a Frontlines mode server. I was building one but found someone from Japan already made one but it seems a little unfinished. So I have edited it so far to clean up the Japanese to English and the verbiage to correct terms. Now I will work on the final objectives. I hoped I could make it like BF1 with MCOMS but that may not be possible. ATM it just caps the last objective but has a Reinforcements amount to dwindle down but it never moves. I'll try to figure that out.

@@Kazasia-_- I tried the original with AI and didn't realize it was set to Advanced AI so they are pretty hardcore in the vehicles. Lol. I actually haven't tried it yet after editing so sorry if it's wonky or something. If it doesn't let you deploy at the beginning of the match, just use the Admin menu and restart the server. Happened to me once.

On a complete other note, have you considered taking a look at a game called "Total Conflict: Resistance" on steam? it's sort of a mix between FPS, mil sim and RTS. I remember back in battlefield 3 the best way to controll recoil was to do short, quick bursts. Has that at all been useful in the last games? Jack was spraying a lot in this video.

Lately hopped back on BF2042 been enjoying it lately , the cosmetics and Battle Pass is quite nice and easy to grind , but weapon variations a bit dusty would be nice a a new weapon for each class
