Honestly I don't think cod will ever be good again the playerbase is filled with low attention span brain rot individuals who are willing to pay for a 70 dollar dlc, they can't take years off to develop a new cod because they don't want their yearly profits to drop within that time span, they want to gain as much money as possible while putting in as little effort as possible. It's just a meta sweat fest where they drip feed you content and they hate zombies players for some odd reason, all the devs that made cod great are gone now it's just a soulless machine and if the next cod ends up being good it's only because they got offended by their campaign being too short lmao go figure...

Even just the looting is way overkill. Every crate explodes with a hundred goddamn items and you have about three seconds to interpret what was barfed out before you have to either move or fight someone. I'll pass, lol.

@@canman87 Crates will pop 1-2 items, the rest is ammo that is automatically picked up, theres a lot of issues with WZ but like, you dont actually need to look at the loot boxes besides like the first 3 to find some ground loot gun. Basically idk if you're meticulously looking over each pile of ammo or what, but it really shouldn't take you more then 3 seconds to loot a box.

different strokes for different folks … I'm just saying its gone too far away from being grounded. Battlefield's done the same thing and its just destroying map creators, weapon balance & a whole mess of other factors that should be tackling balance & allowing varied playstyles depending on player choice. nowadays its about the meta build that is easily favored & advantageous to use because of how the game crutches ridiculous movement over player with better foresight, positioning & teamwork. I use to play Team Tactical with my friend all the time back in the day doing GameBattles and all. None of us play anymore because its become more & more about these previous things I've mentioned (movement being a big one) . I'll take CoD4/MW2 moment over guys slide tackling doors down while Rambo gliding into rooms. You think its fun; I think its ridiculously stupid@@DougPanton

I think the game has such varied gun options right now it’s actually had to find something that out performs to such a massive degree that there is a definitive meta. Ranked play on resurgence is 10000% team based, unless you are an unbelievable player you can’t rank up without the help of a team and good communication! The amount of quality of life updates they’ve done over the last couple of months that have made the game imo completely different and more satisfying to play is great

I feel like, from an outsiders perspective, COD has just accepted the memes? I remember it was more tacti-cool and now you've got characters from TV shows, rappers, ect. Idk... If I had ever even tried Warzone , the title of this video would have been my instant and forever tag line. I stayed far away from this mode of CoD. My OCD would likely get me killed every time when I would need to stop and examine drops from downed players. Maps seem cool and interesting, but the same reason would get me killed while investigating different locations. Every video seemed waay too sweaty and hardcore. Not for me.

Honestly I had more fun in MW2 warzone without the crazy fast movement and non-laser beamy weapons. Also while al mazrah and ashika were not good maps (Vondel is good though) at all they were literal masterpieces compared to urzikstan which has to be the worst map of all time and fortune's keep, both suffering from the dullest color palete of all time too.
