Really gives me a good feeling seeing people still enjoy BF4, I still love it just as much as when I bought it years ago, the launch wasn’t the best but man they sure improved. There’s really unlimited gameplay scenarios, jets, tanks, boats, attack helicopters, scout helicopters and sooo many customizations for camo, guns etc.

Swooz they said consoles. Sure the graphics are amazing on PC, but Battlefield 3 has Xbox 360/PS3 graphics because that’s the consoles it came out on. I’d rather a remaster to make use of the newer consoles capabilities.

I'm still in love with this game. It's gotten so much better since release, and it holds up to the games that have come out in the past year or so. EA may not have done a great job when it came out, but it's nice to see that they pushed and pushed to get this game to where it is now. I hope they continue to keep it up to date and relevant as time goes on and new games get released.

The sweet spot mechanic is a great addition. It gives snipers a unique feel and promotes scouts to play in different ways. BF4 sniper were camping most of the time no where near an objective. Are people upset that a shot to the chest from a specific range is a one shot? Really?

There a lot of aspects of BF1 I love over previous BFs like no audio spotting, being able to see if enemies are on the flag while attacking or defending, mantling over tall walls. BUT wht I dont like are the maps....the alll just sim MEH. Like they all just seem like a open field with some small hills. And the weapons ..not being able to change attachments really hurt the game. And the way DLC is dropped just really hurts the game overall. Im hoping they wise up with the next BF and release and FINISHED game!!

There is no game that can replicate the feeling of shooting down a helicopter with an RPG in BF4. It has always felt so good and always will. Literally the one reason why I play BF4 and play anti-tank like 80% of the time.

i still love BF4 and BF1 both, but to me what really makes BF4 more addicting is the lower TTK. if DICE would go ahead and release the weapons buff patch for BF1 i think the action of BF1 would be on par with BF4. sadly it doesnt look like the patch will ever be released.

GreensightGamer It should be removed entirely. I don't know why Dice added this mechanic in the first place. They balanced the different sniper rifles perfectly fine in Bf3 and Bf4 with RoF, muzzle velocity and bullet drop, so certain rifles were more favourable with certain playstyles, but not really at a real disadvantage outside of their tailored role if you could use them correctly.

BF3 was the best title IMO. I was not a fan of adding commander mode with the random UAV and cruise kills, and I thought bf4 had too much in terms of lock-on, explosives, and UCAV.

BF4 is still so good. DICE outdid themselves with BF3 and BF4. It's hard playing BF1 and BFV knowing that there's previous entries that do what those games do, but better in every regard. Love BF2 as well, used to play that game just against bots for hours on PC.

It's strange how Battlefield 4's maps feels so much more memorable compared to Battlefield 1. Many of the maps for Battlefield 4 were designed more with looks in mind instead of actual map flow.

It's because too many maps in BF1 follow the same "5 flags arranged in a circle" or "5 flags in a row" design. BF4 has much more variety in that regard. Also, I know that the base maps were designed for art rather than flow, but I think the later DLCs changed that back to normal. I can't remember if that happened by the time Naval Strike came out tho.

Dillon C I would actually say the opposite. I get the impression that Bf4 maps were more tailored towards game flow, while Bf1 took advantage of its phenomenal graphics, simply because I feel like Bf4 maps gave me much more choice regarding how and with what class/weapon I want to play.

Dillon C yes, I agree, bf4 I remember for maps like hainan resort and locker, compared to well designed but not memorable maps of Bf1,some of which are like a lacklustur recreation of 1 or 2 of bf4's maps (e.g, Monte Grappe = Golmud Railway)

Gameplay and visuals look so crisp compared to BF1. The WW1 setting is cool and all, but it leads to dreary visuals and less interesting map design. The sweet-spot mechanic in BF1 makes sense but makes the gunplay feel off. I liked the way they did things in BF4 a lot more.
