There is no wandering shop past 40, my dude. The highest materials you can get with Kill Coins are Ultra-Iron, Red Metal, etc. You'll run into your HO NPC, who will sell you 3 pieces of your gear every time you run into him (you'll see him every 5 floors in the chest room in 50+) but in the 40 range he may or may not show up in certain rooms. He also wont do any R&D stuff for you. Only 3 purchases per visit. When I farmed for my first set of Special Steel in the 40 range it was a NIGHTMARE. I highly recommend sticking to the 50's and up. That's what I've done since then and it's been much more tolerable. Also, the TDM RNG is VERY wacky. I got the bow on day 1 of this season but it took me a considerable amount of grinding to get the entire armor set. I recommend just making sure you get to Diamond every rush (should only take a couple of hours from Plat III to get to Diamond II) and praying you get it from the rush rewards that way. Those seem to have a much higher chance for blueprints than the bags you get from actual wins, in my experience. I almost exclusively have gotten good stuff from those bags in particular. That bit could just be a coincidence though. Anyhow, I hope you get the pieces you want, dude. The RNG in this game can be a cruel and fickle mistress. Also, the Flail does in fact get MUCH crazier as you level it, so at least try to find comfort in the fact that your hard earned Special Steel are going to a good place :3 Keep up the AWESOME videos!!!
