I attended this concert. You will note that Jackie's microphone was not functioning for the first few seconds as she started singing. Like the pro she is, she did not miss a beat, and when the mic finally turned on, she was already into the song. Pretty darn good considering she was very ill.

Here's a comment for the ethers b/c more than a dozen years after the fact there are few if any to respond but I've always wondered why the sidegal cellist is wearing a super-mini to accompany the 11-year-old star? I wonder who thought it was a good idea. I attended the concert and remember wondering about it then too. Nobody has ever described me as a prude, maybe just the opposite, but this seemed then and now not to jibe.

This audience was terrible! They did not know the song and continual disrupted the performance with misplaced applause and shouts. For crying out loud people, shut up until the end. If the conductor and performer will let you know.
