Jackie Lee is the girl you see right at the end of the video. No idea why the song is credited to her. She was Irish singer who had several hits on the British charts back in the 60's and early 70's but none over in America.

He started his career in the doo-wop group the Hollywood Flames in the 1950s before founding the R&B duo Bob & Earl with Bobby Byrd. As Jackie Lee, he's best known for his hit song "The Duck" (#14 Pop, #4 R&B).
