All these "hits" are fouls and cowardly ones at that, shoulder to shoulder is where you show how strong you, not when someone is laying off t or picking the ball and frontal charge them. No need for these tackles, challenge on Niall Mac could have caused serious injury, no place for that in any sport never mind an amateur game. Serious defender i'll give him that!!

As a Tipp person that loves the game, Im ashamed to say that the physicality is taken out of the sport that I love. I hit a friend in a championship the same way that Jackie did at 2:09 and I picked up a yellow card. Obviously Im raging that Tipp lost to KK this year, but Im a sports fan, and can take the banter. I do acknowledge that wanted it more than our players this year, something else that Im totally ashamed about, the lack of drive in most of our players. Bonnar, and Johno excluded

How can you call Eoin Kelly or John O Brien Knackers? Eoin Kelly has done nothing but promote hurling in Ireland by being one of the game's best players of his generation. John O Brien as well may not be as big of a name but still is a top player that's uses physicality not filth. Height of respect for him after he played against Kilkenny this year just days after the death of his brother...First row of the game was started on him by a Kilkenny man. No prizes for guessing the provocation there!!

Tyrell is a mullocker, whats hard about these clumsy tackles? Wait for the man to be open and and then frontal him, a cowards tackle more like. He's been badly exposed at 6 for KK recently too, leave him in the corner where he can flake and mullock away.

He was a very ordinary player, not a great range of skills apart from running into space and making big clearances, frontal charges etc, carried by legends like jj Delaney, noel hickey, and tommy walsh throughout most of his career.

Or without Daly, Doyle and McMahon infront of him? But we look at lohan as an individual and that's why he's one of the best respected players to ever pick up a hurley.
