Omprakash, I second everything you said. thanks for that audio. absolute dedication. I don't get as much time bcos of work to write a lot in comment or other, but the habit of Like, play ads and comment is become a muscle memory so just keep doing that all the time, the only channel I do that is Jackie. In the organization the best team culture is one where there is psychological safety, trust and respect, I found that there is a space for all of that here. Kudos to Jackie na and Sudha ka for offering their private space to us in this way, which is why many of the followers say, I'm commenting first time. I could go on and on...... but can't write too long now. At any time if I need a safe place, I know I can go to Darlington. Hats off to both of your dedication wish you well always.
